Do you charge for estimates?

Not for straightforward jobs. If a diagnosis needs a camera inspection or leak detection, that visit is billed at the posted starting rate and credited toward the repair if you go ahead with it.

How fast can you come out?

Same-day for most calls placed before noon. Emergencies are dispatched immediately, any hour.

What areas do you cover?

Port Ellery, Cape Marrow, Selkie Harbor, Lower Brenton and Tidewater. If you’re just outside that, call anyway — we can usually work something out.

Do you take cards?

Yes: all major cards, checks and cash. Larger jobs can be split into a deposit and a final payment.

Should I shut off the water before you arrive?

If something is actively leaking, yes. The main shutoff is usually where the supply enters the house, near the meter. Turn it clockwise until it stops.
